The Georgian is a boutique condominium by Stafford Developments, currently under construction in South Cabbagetown, Toronto. We were tasked with naming, identity design and brand rollout to promote this unique development. We designed brochure, marketing collateral and registration page, and on top of that we designed a presentation centre to create a unique purchasing experience for potential buyers and investors.

The brand is upscale, urban, luxurious with a nod to the vibe of the up-and-coming neighbourhood and local architecture. Refined visual language and photography mixed with painted splashes of colour created interesting and unique visual language that differentiates project from the competition.
