The Factory
Built in 1920s and originally used by Macy’s as a furniture warehouse, The Factory is one of Long Island City’s newest and most succesful workspaces. Since rebranding and renovations in 2015 the building attracted tenants such as J. Crew / Madewell, Polo Ralph Lauren and Macy’s Photography Studio.
